ABSTRACT: The experiments of field and indoor simulated fluctuation light intensity are set for analyzing the leaf structure and photosynthesis of soybean under fluctuation light intensity conditions compared with steady light. The candidate genes and proteins related photosynthesis in response to fluctuation light intensity will be screened and obtained by the association of transcriptomic and proteomic analysis.
