Study on active components and pharmacology of Ganoderma lucidum

ABSTRACT: By using the thermoproteomics method, proteins with significant differences in thermal stability were screened out in the HT22 cell line after administration of Ganoderma lucidum extract. Further mass spectrometry analysis was conducted to determine the categories of these proteins.
