A nature-inspired nanoplatform for multiple targeted proteins degradation via autophagy-lysosome pathway

ABSTRACT: This project primarily investigates the interactome of SNX18, a key mediator protein in the degradation of extracellular vesicles (EVs), as well as the degradation efficiency of EGFR and PDL1 using an SNX18-LIR motif-based overexpression platform for targeted protein degradation.
