ABSTRACT: Comparative leaf proteomic analysis of four Arabidopsis thaliana genotypes with modified vacuolar nitrate transport (Ws, clc-a, 35S::NRT2.7, and 35S::NRT2.7(clc-a)) to investigate the impact of altered nitrate storage and export on nitrogen and carbon metabolism . Rosette tissues from vegetative-stage plants grown under controlled conditions were analyzed by LC–MS/MS with six independent biological replicates per genotype.
