ABSTRACT: Elucidate the precise mechanism by which MCU regulates ferroptosis in tumor cells through modulating the acetylation of GPX4 to affect its enzymatic activity.Clarify the molecular mechanism by which MCU-regulated ferroptosis in tumor cells activates the anti-tumor immune response of CD8+ T cells.
