DIA proteomic profiling of dorsal skin from Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide-treated C57BL/6 mice


ABSTRACT: This project contains DIA-PASEF proteomics data generated from dorsal skin tissues of male C57BL/6 mice in a control group, a DHT-induced androgenetic alopecia (AGA) model group, and a Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide (DOP, 7.5 mg/mL)-treated group. The study was designed to investigate proteomic alterations associated with DHT-induced hair loss and the response to DOP treatment in vivo. After dose screening, 7.5 mg/mL DOP was selected for subsequent mechanistic studies, and skin tissues from the control, model, and DOP groups were subjected to quantitative proteomic analysis. Peptides were analyzed on a nanoElute2–timsTOF Pro2 platform in DIA-PASEF mode, and raw data were processed in Spectronaut using the Pulsar search engine against the reviewed Mus musculus UniProt database.
