Non-labelled quantitative proteomic analysis of M. tuberculosis H37Rv
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a pathogenic bacterium that was sequenced and annotated as early as 1998, but in recent years it has been found that its annotation is not complete. Therefore, we used a proteogenomics strategy to re-annotate Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv, identifying 37 'new genes' and correcting 35 existing gene models.
