Kinase peptide discovery in MIB enriched samples using 2m monolithic silica-C18 column


ABSTRACT: This dataset accompanies our publication "An optimized chromatographic strategy for multiplexing in parallel reaction monitoring mass spectrometry: Insights from quantitation of activated kinases" in Molecular & Cellular Proteomics, 2016 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27940637). The submitted data were used to construct a reference spectral library for kinase detection.
