Brevetoxin induces a shift in the redox state of the proteome and unfolded protein response in human lymphoblast cells that can be alleviated with the acrolein scavenger MESNA
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Human lymphoblast cells (GM05581) were treated with
(i) brevetoxin-2 (5 uM) or
(ii) a combination of brevetoxin-2 (5 uM) and sodium 2-mercaptoethyl sulfonic acid (500 uM) or
(iii) equal volume of vehicle (DMSO, control) for 24 h.
Each sample is an iodoTMT6plex with 2 replicates of each of the above conditions.
