Project description:Lobachevsky University DNAm dataset. Whole blood DNA Methylation (EPIC) profiles from healthy samples from two regions: central Russia (131 samples) and Yakutia (114 samples) obtained in the Laboratory of System Medicine for Healthy Aging, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia Dataset contains DNAm data from 245 healthy control samples from two regions: central Russia (131) and Yakutia (114). The following characteristics are available for all samples: sex, age, region. Healthy participants in the central Russia region were recruited in 2019–2022. Yakutian participants we recruited in 2022. All measurements were performed at the Laboratory of System Medicine for Healthy Aging, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
Project description:Splenocytes, peripheral blood cells, peritoneal cells and tumor cells were washed with PBS and were counted. Cells were centrifuged at 400 g for 5 min and supernatant was removed. Cells pellet (< 3 x 106 cells) was resuspend in 350 µl of RLT buffer (Qiagen). RNA was extracted with RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) according to manufacturer’s protocol. mRNA library preparation was realized following manufacturer’s recommendations (KAPA mRNA HyperPrep ROCHE). Library purity/integrity were assessed using an Agilent 2200 Tapestation (Agilent Technologies, Waldbrunn, Germany). Final 7 samples pooled library prep were sequenced on Nextseq 500 ILLUMINA with MidOutPut cartridge (2x130Millions of 75 bases reads), corresponding to 2x18Millions of reads per sample after demultiplexing.
Project description:The dataset contains the first-ever comprehensive biocodicological analysis of medieval library books and chapters using zooarchaeological mass spectrometry (ZooMS). Here, we analyze 68 codices and 59 charters (1490 samples in total) from one single monastic institution, namely the Cistercian abbey of Orval in present-day Belgium. This dataset contains LC-MSMS analysis of samples from all charters (59 samples) and manuscript 22 (27 samples)
Project description:This dataset contains peptide array information from 120 patients from 5 different cancer types using classic blinded test/train method. This array is library 1 (GPL17600).
Project description:To investigate whether large mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) deletions can be quantified and detected using the high-throughput bioinformatics tool Splice-Break (https://github.com/brookehjelm/Splice-Break2). This dataset contains 8 human middle temporal gyrus (MTG) samples (from 4 patients) that underwent spatial transcriptomic RNA-Sequencing following 10x Genomics visium protocols as well as 2 samples (from spatial transcriptomics patient 144107/144108) that underwent bulk RNA-Sequencing (one with a ribosomal depletion library preparation and one without).
