ABSTRACT: This study focuses on deaminotyrosine DAT, a metabolite of gut flora, and systematically investigates its effect on chronic inflammatory pain as well as the underlying mechanism. The research takes high-fat diet HFD as a key entry point for the background, as HFD often leads to an imbalance in the structure of gut flora. This imbalance may affect the production of intestinal metabolites including DAT, and thereby be associated with the occurrence and development of chronic inflammatory pain.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - HILIC, Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - HILIC
