ABSTRACT: This study presents an untargeted LC-MS-based metabolomics dataset generated from leaves of Quercus glauca subjected to drought stress and exogenous brassinosteroid treatment. Leaf samples were collected at multiple time points under control, drought, and drought plus brassinosteroid conditions to capture dynamic metabolic responses. Metabolites were extracted and analyzed using reverse-phase UPLC coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry in both positive and negative ion modes. This dataset provides a comprehensive resource for investigating metabolic reprogramming associated with drought stress and brassinosteroid-mediated stress mitigation in woody plant species.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reverse-phase, Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reverse-phase
