Non-targeted LC–MS metabolomics of human left atrial appendage tissue with high vs low myocardial micro(nano)plastic burden

ABSTRACT: Non-targeted metabolomics profiling was performed on human left atrial appendage tissue obtained from cardiac surgery patients. Samples were grouped by myocardial nanoplastic (NP) burden (High vs Low). Polar metabolites were analyzed by UHPLC–Orbitrap MS in both positive and negative ionization modes. Derived spectral data are provided as mzXML files for each sample and polarity.
