LC-MS-based metabolomic analysis of Vd991 and VdGGCT knockout mutant strains

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to identify differentially expressed metabolites between Vd991 and VdGGCT knockout mutant strains using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). A total of 6 samples, including both Vd991 and VdGGCT knockout mutant groups, were analyzed to explore metabolic changes and discover key metabolites associated with the mutation phenotype.
