ABSTRACT: We performed targeted metabolomics analysis on placental tissues from post term mouse models generated by double knockout of steroid hormone receptor coactivators 1 and 2, as well as from wild type mouse placentas. The levels of polyamines (putrescine, spermidine and spermine) and amino acids (citrulline, arginine and ornithine) were measured.
