Telomere-to-telomere genome of Stylosanthes guianensis uncovers symbiotic adaptation to phosphorus-deficient soils
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Thirty-day-old Stylosanthes guianensis seedlings were subjected to two treatments: inoculation with Bradyrhizobium (Br) strain LZ3-2 and treatment without Br inoculation (Control). Following transplantation into acidic soil, root samples were harvested 60 days after transplanting, flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at negative 80 degrees Celsius for subsequent flavonoid widely-targeted metabolomic analysis.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reverse-phase, Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reverse-phase
