Untargeted LC-MS metabolomic comparison of canine osteosarcoma McKinley cells vs normal PEKCC2382 osteoblast cells

ABSTRACT: Untargeted LC-MS metabolomics analysis was performed on McKinley canine osteosarcoma cells (Group A) and PEKCC2382 normal canine osteoblast cells (Group B). This study screens characteristic differential metabolites and elucidates distinct metabolic phenotype discrepancies between malignant osteosarcoma and physiological osteoblast cells in dogs.
