Berberine improves intestinal barrier and cognitive impairment by remodeling intestinal microbiota in C57BL/6 septic mice induced by LPS

ABSTRACT: After feeding LPS induced C57BL/6 septic mice with berberine, we performed behavioral, HE staining, ELISA, western blot, metagenomic sequencing of gut microbiota and untargeted metabolomics analysis to evaluate the effects of berberine on septic mice.
