LC- MS based untargeted metabolomic analysis of exsome-derived lung graft

ABSTRACT: A total of 50 mg of the same anatomical region of the lung graft(Syn group, N = 3; CR group, N = 9) was added to a 2 mL centrifuge tube to perform the untargeted metabolic analysis, Each QC sample is of the same volume as the test samples and is processed and detected using the same methods as the analytical samples. During instrumental analysis, a QC sample is inserted after every 5 to 15 analytical samples to monitor the stability of the overall analytical process.
