Gill Metabolomics of Sinopotamon planum under Acute Salinity Stress
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigated the metabolomic responses in the gills of the freshwater crab Sinopotamon planum after acute exposure to three salinity levels. Individuals were exposed to 0 ppt (freshwater control), 15 ppt, and 30 ppt for 96 hours, after which gill tissues were dissected and subjected to metabolomic analysis.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reverse-phase, Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reverse-phase
