Untargeted LC-MS metabolomics profiling of mouse serum following I.v treatment compared with PBS controls

ABSTRACT: This study investigated serum metabolic alterations associated with I.v treatment in mice. Serum samples from I.v-treated mice and PBS-treated controls were analyzed by untargeted LC-MS metabolomics in both positive and negative ionization modes. The deposited dataset contains mzXML spectral data from four biological replicates per group and supports comparative analysis of treatment-associated metabolic profiles.
