Effect of transplantation of irradiated mouse feces on blood short chain fatty acids in recipient mice

ABSTRACT: In order to study the effect of transplantation of irradiated mouse feces on the short chain fatty acids in the blood of recipient mice, we used mobile phones to transplant the feces of donor mice from 1W to 4W after irradiation. After 2W of antibiotic intervention, fecal bacteria were transplanted for 2W. The serum of mice was collected after two weeks, and the content of SCFAs was detected.
