ABSTRACT: This study utilized broad-target metabolomics to analyze the metabolic changes underlying the inhibition of pollen tube growth in Clematis one-way hybrid crosses with low compatibility. It identified differentially accumulated metabolites and elucidated the key metabolic pathways involved in one-way hybridization barriers, thereby providing a metabolic basis for interspecific hybrid breeding in Clematis.
INSTRUMENT(S): Liquid Chromatography MS - negative - reverse-phase, Liquid Chromatography MS - positive - reverse-phase
