Project description:Interventions: experimental group :PD-1 Knockout Engineered T Cells
Primary outcome(s): Number of participants with Adverse Events and/or Dose Limiting Toxicities as a Measure of Safety and tolerability of dose of PD-1 Knockout T cells using Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE v4.0) in patients
Study Design: historical control
Project description:We report next generation sequencing RNA-seq data of human gut commensal Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron strains deficient in inositol lipid synthesis, including dBT_1522 (phosphoinositol dihydroceramide synthase knockout) and its wild-type background strain, and iSPTdBT_1526 (myo-inositol-phosphate synthase) knockout with its background strain ("iSPT," inducible serine palmitoyltransferase).
Project description:Metabolomics data from E. Coli Nissle (wild type, WT) and 3 E. Coli Nissle knockout (KO) strains grown in M-9 media and enriched M-9 media.
Project description:The experiment was carried out to study the effect of loss of (p)ppGpp or cyclic di-GMP on the gene expression pattern of Mycobacterium smegmatis MC2 155 strains. The cells were cultured in MB7H9 broth containing 0.2% glycerol and 0.05% Tween 80. The transcriptome analysis was performed using GeneSpring GX12 software. Fold changes were calculated with respect to the median expression of wild type replicates. The number of differentially expressed genes (p <0.1) in rel knockout were 417 whereas those in dcpA knockout were 149. Earlier studies had shown that rel knockout and dcpA knockout had shown lower levels of glycopeptidolipids and polar lipids in the cell wall. The microarray data also corraborates our current findings.
Project description:The NanoString multiplex gene expression platform was applied to examine changes in V2R gene expression in total RNA samples from the vomeronasal organ of mice of gene-targeted strains ΔC1 and ΔC1-GFP, which each carry a knockout mutation in the Vmn2r1 gene. There is significant decrease in the expression level of various V2R genes that are normally coexpressed with Vmn2r1.
Project description:High-density lipoproteins (HDL) are nanoparticles with >80 associated proteins, phospholipids, cholesterol and cholesteryl esters. We have identified and quantified the ultracentrifugation isolated HDL proteome across 93 strains of mice, a diverse inbred strains of mice, Hybrid Mouse Diversity Panel (HMDP).
