<h4>Background and purpose</h4>Ī<sup>9</sup> -Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (Ī<sup>9</sup> -THCA-A), the precursor of Ī<sup>9</sup> -THC, is a non-psychotropic phytocannabinoid that shows PPARγ agonist activity.
