ABSTRACT: To identify proteins that interact with CDIPTOSP in human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells, RNA pulldown experiments were performed and subjected to three independently LC-MS/MS analysis and Label-free quantification.

Ovarian cancer (OC) remains one of the most lethal gynecologic malignancies, largely due to its poorly understood pathogenesis, which limits the development of effective early detection and targeted therapy.
