Project description:The analysis aimded to annotate unindentified flavonoid-glycoside derivatives in polar phase (EtOAc) from methanolic crude extracts obtained from leaves of three induviduals of Casearia arborea.
Project description:The Ethyl Acetate phase (EP) obtained from the liquid-liquid partition of methanolic extract of Casearia aborea leaves was phytochemicaly investigated about the flavonoid-3-O-glycosides.
Project description:This data contain polar phases in EtOAc of three methanolic extracts from leaves of Casearia arborea and isolated compounds from one of these EtOAc phase for annotation of minority flavonoid-glycoside derivatives.
Project description:UPLC-DAD-ESI-(+)-HRMS/MS analysis of dichloromethane phase obtained from liquid/liquid partition of crude methanolic extract from leaves of Casearia arborea. The blank is included, representing the solvents used in chromatographic procedures steps.
Project description:Active extracts obtained from endophytic fungi fermentation in rice and PD broth were selected to the organization of MS/MS data and dereplication using GNPS. The fungi were isolated from fresh and heathy leaves of Casearia arborea.
Project description:Character evolution and biogeography of Casearia (Salicaceae): Evidence for the South American origin of a pantropical genus and for multiple migrations to the Caribbean islands
Project description:This study aims to investigate the DNA methylation patterns at transcription factor binding regions and their evolutionary conservation with respect to binding activity divergence. We combined newly generated bisulfite-sequencing experiments in livers of five mammals (human, macaque, mouse, rat and dog) and matched publicly available ChIP-sequencing data for five transcription factors (CEBPA, HNF4a, CTCF, ONECUT1 and FOXA1). To study the chromatin contexts of TF binding subjected to distinct evolutionary pressures, we integrated publicly available active promoter, active enhancer and primed enhancer calls determined by profiling genome wide patterns of H3K27ac, H3K4me3 and H3K4me1.
