These ingredients are used to treat diabetes since ancient China. Previously, CACF elicits antidiabetic effects in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mouse models under high-fat diet treatment, reduces triglyceride levels, maintains blood sugar control, and enhances insulin sensitivity. However, the effects of CACF on anti-cancer and anti-inflammation and the underlying mechanism remain unknown.
