Project description:We present a genome assembly from an individual female Myopa tessellatipennis (Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Conopidae). The genome sequence is 249.3 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into four chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the assembled X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 18.3 kilobases in length.
