Project description:To explore histamine target genes,we used CRISPR-PoolTMKOUT-Human-Single vector to build GeCKO(genome-scale CRISPR-Cas9 knockout) human library.Then Genome-wide CRISPR screen was used to detect target genes in cholangiocarcinoma cells.
