Project description:This study employed miRNA microarray profiling to characterize differential expression patterns in synovial fluid samples (n=14) obtained from patients with osteoarthritis across different disease stages, as well as from patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Comparative analyses were performed to explore variations in miRNA expression associated with disease progression and across related arthritic conditions. Selected miRNAs were further evaluated using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) in an independent validation cohort comprising early-stage osteoarthritis, late-stage osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis patients.
Project description:Gene expression profiling of immortalized human mesenchymal stem cells with hTERT/E6/E7 transfected MSCs. hTERT may change gene expression in MSCs. Goal was to determine the gene expressions of immortalized MSCs.
