Project description:This dataset contains four metaproteomic samples collected from coastal sediments representing contrasting seasonal conditions (winter and summer). The raw mass spectrometry files (.raw) were generated using a standardized DIA-based workflow and accompanied by a single spectral library file (.sne). These datasets were selected based on data quality metrics and are intended to support community-level and functional analyses of sediment microbiomes in coastal ecosystems.
