Project description:Quantitative proteomics on fate of proteins during the initial biorefining step (wet fractionation) of cultivated lolium perenne. In this study, the ex vivo antioxidant activity of fractionated L. perenne green juice protein is investigated, and responsible effectors are evaluated. Moreover, the study provides the first comprehensive proteomic analysis of L. perenne and provides insights on the fate of individual proteins during the first step of a biorefinery process. This dataset includes raw and processed data from the initial crude fractions (raw biomass, pulp, and green juice).
Project description:Land cover change has long been recognized that marked effect the amount of soil organic carbon. However, little is known about microbial-mediated effect processes and mechanism on soil organic carbon. In this study, the soil samples in a degenerated succession from alpine meadow to alpine steppe meadow in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau degenerated, were analyzed by using GeoChip functional gene arrays.
