Cabernet Sauvignon (CS) and two rootstocks, Kober 5BB and 41B, exposed to seven days of water deficit or to increasing salinity reaching 120 mM NaCl. Shoot tissue was profiled on the Affymetrix GeneChip Vitis vinifera Genome Array to identify shared and genotype-specific transcriptional responses to the two stresses.
