To identify carbohydrate-active enzymes in the secretome of strain A3 when L. japonica was the sole carbon source and key alginate lyases in the supernatant of fermentation broth.
We isolated PDGFRβ+ mural cells from tumor-adjacent normal human brain, lung, and kidney tissues. After lysis, we used LC-MS to profile differentially expressed proteins across these three cell types.
