Association of Drosophila Polyhomeotic (Ph) and Ph-PHC3 chimeras with PRC1 components in human cells
To determine if ectopically expressed Venus-tagged Polyhomeotic/PHC3 proteins assemble into PRC1 in human cells, we carried out immunoprecipitations with anti-GFP resin followed by mass spectrometry.
