Proteomics analysis of membrane proteins extracted from iPS spheres. Membrane fractions were isolated, treated with 8 M urea, and trypsinized. The peptides were fractionated (4 fractions) and analyzed by LC-MS/MS (Q-Exactive and UHPLC).
