Eight different, SLiM-containing peptides were tested for pulldowns immobilized on magnetic beads, and the same sequences were used for PRISMA experiments. Double repeat of peptides were also used for higher local concentration of the motifs.

GFP-tagged NUP153 and suitable controls were used to pull down interactors from human cell lysate, where the cells were uninfected/infected with TBEV/infected with LGTV. After sample preparation, digestion and bottom-up LC-MS/MS analysis, the enriched proteins were identified.

GFP-tagged viral peptide sequences and their controls were used to pull down interactors from human (uninfected) or green monkey (viral infected) cell lysate. After sample preparation, digestion and bottom-up LC-MS/MS analysis, the enriched proteins were identified.

The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Callie P. Wigington et al. The main goal of this paper was to identify how calcineurin (CN) binds substrates via PxIxIT and LxVP motifs, elucidated through short linear motifs (SLiM) discovery.
