The goal of the proposed project is to generate high-quality detailed transcript and chromatin status datasets from a comprehensive set of bovine tissues, developmental stages, and cells through a set of rationally selected assays. Experimental data generated by the project have been analyzed using ...

To fully understand molecular toxicity of TCDD in an in vivo animal model, adult zebrafish were exposed to TCDD at 10 nM for 96 h and the livers were sampled for RNA-sequencing based transcriptomic profiling. A total of 1,058 differently expressed genes were identified based on fold-change>2 and TPM...

We have developed a deep sequencing method called Whole Transcriptome Target Sequencing (WTTS), which sequences the 3’ ends of polyA+ RNA. This method can simultaneously profile gene expression and alternative polyadenylation. A pooled total RNA sample derived from three male and three female adul...

Cellular processes often depend on stable physical associations between proteins. Despite recent progress, knowledge of the composition of human protein complexes remains limited. To close this gap, we applied an integrative global proteomic profiling approach, based on chromatographic separation of...

Characterization of the selectivity of SMN splicing modifiers in SMA type I fibroblasts by RNASeq In total 12 samples were analyzed, divided into four distinct groups (treated with SMN-C3 @ 500 nM; controls for SMN-C3; treated with SMN-C1 @ 100 nM; controls for SMN-C1) containing 3 replicates each.

To unravel the direct mechanism of the anti-inflammatory effects of IGFBP6 in ECs, we analysed HUVECs treated with either adenovirus-Flag-IGFBP6 (Ad-IGFBP6) or control adenovirus (Ad-NC). We precipitated IGFBP6 from overexpressed ECs followed by mass spectrometry.
