Transcriptome of RABV infected mouse brain
The transcriptomic profile of rabiës virus (RABV) exposed human monocyte-derived macrophages.
Here we show the transcriptome of brain from RABV infected B6 mice and TLR7 KO mice. These differential transcripts will provide a reference for studies focus on the relationship between TLR7-dependent signaling and pathogenicity of RABV.

Transcriptome of draining lymph nodes from the mice immunized with RABV
Lethal encephalitis caused by rabies virus (RABV) in mammals is known to be associated with the production of several pro-inflammatory cytokines, but the mechanism of such induction remains unclear. In this study, we found that RABV infects astrocytes which is the most abundant glial cell population...

Macrophages are amongst the first immune cells that encounter rabies virus (RABV) at injured sites, but insights into if and how RABV affects macrophage activation are scarce. We undertook this study to characterize the transcriptional profile of human monocyte-derived macrophages that were exposed ...

Rabies virus (RABV), causes a fatal encephalitis disease contributing to an estimated annual death toll of 40 000–70 000 people worldwide. Without effective therapeutic treatment, RABV has a mortality rate approaching 100%. However, it remains unclear how RABV hijack cellular factors to subvert anti...

To explore the role of the matrix protein in RABV infection of host cells, we looked for host proteins that interact with the RABV M protein. We performed Flag-tag-based immunoprecipitation of lysates of HEK293T cells transfected with plasmids expressing either N- or C-terminally Flag-tagged M prote...

Here we show the transcriptome of lymph nodes draining from RABV vaccinated B6 mice and TLR7 KO mice. These differential transcripts will provide a reference for studies focus on the relationship between TLR7-denpendent signaling and humoral immunity.
