The genome-wide binding sites of transcription factors provide insight into their regulatory function. We used chromatin immunoprecipitaition with high-throughput sequencing (ChIP-seq) to identify the genomic binding sites of HNF4A and GATA6 in OE19 cells.

Expression profiling was done of exposure to phorbol myristate acetate -PMA and FOXK2 depletion by siRNA transfection. This was done on the human osteosarcoma U2OS cell line which stably expresses FOXK2. PMA is an inducer of AP1 activity.

Expression profiling was done of FOXK2 depletion by siRNA transfection. This was done on the human osteosarcoma U2OS cell line (which stably expresses FOXK2).

Open chromatin profiling (ATAC-seq) of human oesophageal adenocarcinoma patient samples.

ATAC-seq in oesophageal cell lines: OE19, HEEPIC, and human eosophageal tissue samples

To investigate changes to gene expression associated with resistance to lapatinib, we performed ATAC-seq on OE19 cells treated with 500 nM lapatinib for 1, 7 and 35 days and vehicle control (DMSO) for 1 day.

Chromatin immuno-precipitation using SUMO2 (Life Technologies) antibody in MCF10A cell line, treated with epidermal growth factor for 30 minutes.

There are nearly fifty forkhead (FOX) transcription factors encoded in the human genome and due to sharing a common DNA binding domain, they are all thought to bind to similar DNA sequences. It is therefore unclear how these transcription factors are targeted to specific chromatin regions to elicit ...

Chromatin immunoprecipitation using anti-ETV1 a.k.a. ER81 (Abcam: ab81086) antibodies or input DNA in an OE33 cell line

To identify DNA binding sites of KLF5 in CP-A and OE19 cells, we carried out ChIP-seq.
