Project description:Mouse tissues (including heart, skeletal muscle, brain, lung, stomach, small instestine, colon, liver, kidney, testis, uterus, bone marrow, thymus, lymph node, spleen and embryo) were isolated from three C57BL/6 mice (eight-week-old, uterus from female and other tissues from male). We used Applied Biosystems 7500/7500 Fast Real-Time PCR Systems to quantitate expression levels of DUSP family members in the indicated mouse tissues.
Project description:We compiled a comprehensive list of human m6A sites in cerebellum, frontal cortex, heart, kidney, liver, lung, muscle, spleen and testis.
Project description:We knocked out the Aanat gene of mice by CRISPR CAS technology, and performed RNA-seq on brain, heart, liver, kidney, lung, skin, stomach, spleen, testis, skeletal muscle, and EWAT of 10-week-old wild-type(WT) and Aanat knockout(Aanat-/-) mice. Through the analysis of differentially expressed genes, we found the genes related to disease and tissue development. Finally, these differential genes were verified by qRT-PCR
Project description:White Leghorn chicken eggs were incubated for 18 days and dissected. Brain, breast muscle, bursa Fabricii, heart, kidney, liver, lung, ovary, spleen, and testicle tissues were sampled.
Project description:PRM analysis of RPL39L, RPL10L and RPL3L in 9 mouse tissues, including testis, fat, brain, liver, kidney, lung, skeletal muscle, heart and spleen; PRM analysis of RPL39 and RPL39L, RPL10 and RPL10L, and RPL22 and RPL22L1 in testicular cells; PRM analysis of RPL39L and RPL39 in RibosomeRPL39L-/- and wild type mouse spermatocytes and spermatids; PRM analysis of 17 down-regulated proteins and 1 unchanged protein (DYNC1LI2) in RibosomeRPL39L-/- testes; PRM analysis of RPL39 and RPL39L in GC-1 ribosomes, and RibosomeRPL39L-/- and wild type N2a ribosomes, Consistency between the observed and expected signal ratios of the light and heavy peptides by PRM in serial dilution experiments. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a negative control.
Project description:Expression of known and predicted genes in tissues of Xenopus tropicalis (frog) pooled from multiple healthy individuals. Two-colour experiments with two different tissues hybridized to each array. Each tissue is arrayed in replicate with dye swaps. Tissues: Brain, Cartilage, Esophagus, Eye, Fat body, Femur, Gallbladder, Heart, Kidney, Large intestine, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Ovary, Oviduct, Skin, Small intestine, Spleen, Stomach, Testis
Project description:This data set consists of tissue-specific RNA-seq reads from 14 different tissues from a single female adult olive baboon (Papio anubis): bone marrow, brain cerebellum, brain frontal cortex, brain pituitary, brain temporal lobe, colon, heart, kidney, liver, lymph node, spleen, lung, skeletal muscle and thymus. The data set was generated by the non-human primate reference transcriptome resource (NHPRTR) project (http://nhprtr.org/), and was first made public on 14 Jan 2014.
Project description:SILAC based protein correlation profiling using size exclusion of protein complexes derived from seven Mus musculus tissues (Heart, Brain, Liver, Lung, Kidney, Skeletal Muscle, Thymus)
