Transcription profiling of yeast knockouts: DAL82, PDR3, UGA3 vs wild type

ABSTRACT: Isogenic YAF9+ or yaf91- yeast strains were treated with Caesium Chloridesalt. Targets were obtained from 3 Caesium Chloride concentration points: 0mM, 100mM and 150mM. Two biological replicates of each were generated and the expression profiles were determined using Yeast double genome DNA microarrays (Saccharomyces cerevisae) with 6000 genes, URL http://www.transcriptome.ens.fr/sgdb/services/catal og.php. Comparisons between the sample groups allow the identification of genes with differential expression over time between YAF9+ and yaf9-.
