Mapping of mononucleosomal DNA in wild type Drosophila

ABSTRACT: Crosslinked chromatin from wild-type flies was digested with micrococcal nuclease. Mononucleosomal DNA was gel-purified and hybridized to Affymetrix tiling arrays.
