Transcription profiling by array of Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae strain Rlv3841inculated at either 10-3 or 10-8 CFU into the rhizosphere of peas

ABSTRACT: Rhizobium leguminosaeum biovar viciae strain Rlv3841 was inoculated at either 10_3 CFU ot 10_8 CFU into the rhizosphere of 7 d old peas and the bacteria were harvested 7 days post inoculation. They were compared indircetly against a control of glucose ammonia grown laboratory cells.
