RNA-seq comparison of Pax6.1(5a) Isoform knockout and Oryzias latipes wild type

ABSTRACT: The present study is trying to decipher the role of Pax6.1(5a) Isoform in Oryzias latipes. Thus, samples of wild type and Pax6.1-5a-/- knockout total RNA were subjected to bulk RNAseq.
