RNA-seq of fibro-infammatory progenitors and mesothelial cells in the epididymal adipose tissue of high fat diet fed animal treated with Vehicle or Nintedanib+Celecoxib (C3H background)

ABSTRACT: The fibro-infammatory progenitors and mesothelial cells were sorted from the epididymal adipose tissue of high fat diet fed mice treated with vehicle or with Nintedanib+celecoxib, and their transcriptomic profiles were performed using RNAseq.
