Comparison of epithelial (EpCAM+) and non-epithelial (EpCAM-) intestinal populations derived from induced pluripotent stem cells using a novel protocol
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Induced pluripotent stem cells were differentiated to intestinal lineages using a novel protocol, which results in co-differentiation of epithelial (endoderm) and non-epithelial (mesoderm) populations. Cells were separated at the end of the protocol using MACS based on EpCAM expression (EpCAM+ epithelial cells and EpCAM- non-epithelial cells). RNA was extracted and the whole transcriptome was profiled by RNA-seq.
