Transcriptomic Profiles of EYS-Mutant and Control iPSC-RPE (Affymetrix Data)

ABSTRACT: This repository provides the Affymetrix microarray data (*.CEL files) generated for our study on EYS-mutant (mEYS) vs. control iPSC-derived retinal pigment epithelium (RPE). The dataset is part of a larger project that explores how CRISPR/Cas9 correction of EYS mutations influences photoreceptor and RPE development. Below is a concise summary of the microarray protocol from our manuscript’s Materials & Methods.
