RNA-seq of mouse CD4+ and CD8+ cells after fed with SF-NIH31 or SF-AIN93G diet

ABSTRACT: Weaning mice were fed with standard diet SF-NIH31 or SF-AIN93G (Specialty Feed, WA, Australia) for four weeks. Naive CD4+ or CD8+ cells were sorted for bulk RNA-sequencing. These two diets caused different ferroptosis sensitivity of T cells. The sequencing aims to elucidate if the diets alter ferroptosis-related gene expression.
